Returns & Exchange

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it or was delivered to your specified delivery address. This can be extended providing you contact us to discuss the matter. 

To be eligible for a return or change of mind, your product/order/item must be unopened, unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

You will need to provide your order number, receipt or proof of purchase.

You'll be responsible for paying for your own postage charges and fees for returning your item, please provide tracking information when available. These postage charges are not refundable, nor are the original postage and handling charges on the initial order.

It's important to note that any transit damage incurred when the goods are being returned back to us are the responsibility of the sender. This will result in the refund being reduced to allow for the inability to resell the returned goods. It's worth taking a photo of your return so it can be compared once received.
