Welcome to Diamond Way! By accessing and using our website or purchasing products from our store, you agree to the following Returns & Refund Policy as well as our Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Return Policy
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us for instructions.
Proof of Purchase
- Before returning or exchanging any product, Diamond Way requires proof of purchase that includes the date, price, store, and details of the product(s) purchased. If you cannot provide one or more of these details, we will make an effort to locate the information in our system.
Change of Mind
- If you change your mind, Diamond Way will accept exchanges of unused products returned within 30 days, provided they are in their original and resaleable condition. Please note that the “change of mind” policy does not apply to sale or promotional items, spare parts, special order products, or items not typically stocked.
Faulty Products
- Diamond Way will address faulty products in accordance with the consumer guarantees outlined in the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including honouring any express manufacturer’s warranty that came with the product. If your product requires external assessment, we will inform you of this and any applicable fees, which will not apply if the product is found to be of unacceptable quality or does not comply with the ACL. For minor faults, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable timeframe. For major faults, you may choose between a refund, replacement, or repair.
- If a product is determined not to be faulty, or if the fault is due to misuse or abnormal usage, Diamond Way is not obligated to provide a refund, replacement, or repair.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that the cost of shipping to send your item will be deducted fromnthe total refund amount. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving return approval. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- It's important to note that any transit damage incurred when the goods are being returned back to us are the responsibility of the sender. This will result in the refund being reduced to allow for the inability to resell the returned goods. It's worth taking a photo of your return so it can be compared once received.
- You'll be responsible for paying for your own postage charges and fees for returning your item, please provide tracking information when available. These postage charges are not refundable, nor are the original postage and handling charges on the initial order.
